The club and bar scene in Hong Kong is one of the most
vibrant in Asia. All tastes are catered
for here. Hong Kongers tend to party long and hard and club goers, both
Chinese and expatriate are a mix of the casually dressed and the expensive
sophisticate.
Although there are some exceptions, places tend to be very popular when
they first open and then quickly fall out of fashion. The main areas for
bars and clubs are Lan Kwai Fong and the Wanchai area on Hong Kong Island
and Tsim Sha Tsui on Kowloon.
HK Magazine is a free magazine published every Friday that lists all the
popular bars and clubs. It can be found at many outlets all over Hong Kong, or call Tel: +852 2850 5065 to find
out where to find a copy near you.
