We pride ourselves on the excellent quality of our extensive services, and our professional charges for finding you a new home are the same as the industry standard of half of one month's rental. Extensive pre-research is a substantial part of our programme and the actual time spent with each of our clients is only part of the time spent. We offer corporate discounts to our old and valued corporate clients. If your Company has a special discounted relationship with another estate agent, we will be happy to match the price if you should utilise our services.

For short term housing, our fees are again the standard of 8% per month. If At Home initially assists you with your short-term housing and then goes on to find you long term housing, we will deduct the 8% commission already charged from your long term housing fees.

In the case of stand-alone orientations, At Home charges HK$6,000.00 per day. In the event that you have used our services for orientation and return to Hong Kong at a later date and we find you permanent accommodation, At Home will deduct the fee for the orientation from your housing fee.
