At Home staff will oversee renovations which have been requested by the Tenant, and will liaise with the Landlord and/or his contractor to ensure that everything is satisfactorily completed before the handover date.

On the date of handover, we will accompany the Tenant to his new home, and inspect the property to ensure that it is in good condition.

Most apartment blocks will have regular pest control procedures. However, on request from the Tenant, At Home will be happy to assist with such services prior to the handover.
